Born in Iran and immigrated to Canada at age 15. After growing up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and spending many years in Northern Alberta, Ramin settled in BC — bringing a firsthand understanding of clients and markets across Western Canada. He is fully fluent in English and Farsi (Persian), and proudly serves the Iranian-Canadian community in Farsi (Persian) on request.

Ranked in the Top 5% of mortgage brokers nationwide with Dominion Lending Centres and recipient of the CMP Canada Rising Star Award (2022), Ramin specializes in complex, high-stakes mortgage structuring. To date he has funded 200+ mortgages totaling more than $150 million across BC and Alberta. Through the DLC Group of Companies — a national network that collectively originates more new mortgages than any bank, trust company, credit union, or mortgage company in Canada — he leverages scale and deep lender access to secure strategic solutions beyond conventional approvals.

He structures sophisticated solutions for complex self-employed & corporate income, high net-worth borrowers, CRA & other debt consolidation, bruised credit, alternative / B lending, private & second mortgages, reverse mortgages, rental portfolio financing, divorce buyouts, judgment & collection payouts, and physician & dentist specialty programs.

Working alongside accountants, financial planners, lawyers, and advisory professionals, Ramin also structures mortgages that support advanced strategies such as cash damming and the Smith Manoeuvre — aligning financing with broader tax and long-term wealth objectives.

Many of the files he handles are those traditional lenders decline. With access to major banks, credit unions, alternative lenders, and private lenders, the focus is ethical, strategic solutions when precision and creativity matter most. Beyond client work, Ramin actively mentors other mortgage brokers in complex structuring and long-term relationship building.
