Each Dominion Lending Centres office is independently owned and operated. Mortgage Guru Financial Inc. and DLC AIMI Collective Mortgage Group are separate brokerages.

Ontario files are placed through DLC AIMI Collective Mortgage Group (FSRA #13717) by our in-house underwriter, who holds an Ontario licence. Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Atlantic files are placed through the Dominion Lending Centres national desk under the applicable provincial licence, and the licensed brokerage placing the file is named in your engagement letter before any application is submitted. In every case Ramin Hallaji-Dezfouli structures the deal, manages lender strategy, and stays on the file throughout.
