Community & Causes — Beyond the Transaction

Giving back to the communities that shaped us.

Mortgage Guru Financial was built in Metro Vancouver — in the Tri-Cities, Langley, and Maple Ridge. These aren't just markets. They're home.

Financial literacy is the most powerful thing we can give our community.

Behind every difficult mortgage file is a person — often stressed, often underserved, often told no by people who didn't take the time to understand their situation. We believe financial education changes that.

Ramin has spent his career solving the files others give up on. Now we're taking that expertise directly into the communities that need it most — women's shelters, ADHD support groups, senior centers, and small business communities across Metro Vancouver.

These workshops are being built now. If you'd like to partner with us, bring us into your organization, or attend a future session — reach out directly.

Women's Shelter Financial Literacy Workshops

We're developing a workshop series specifically for women in transitional housing and shelter programs across Maple Ridge, Langley, and the Tri-Cities. Topics include rebuilding credit after relationship breakdown, understanding mortgage options after divorce, spousal buyout rights, and creating a financial fresh start — delivered in plain language with zero judgment.

ADHD & Neurodiversity Financial Advocacy

ADHD affects how people manage money, make financial decisions, and navigate complex systems like mortgages. We're building workshops and resources specifically designed for neurodiverse individuals and their families — including our ADHD-friendly website mode. We believe financial services should work for every kind of brain, not just the neurotypical one.

Small Business, High-Debt & Senior Financial Literacy

Three underserved groups with completely different needs — but a shared problem: the financial system wasn't designed with them in mind. We're building tailored workshop modules for incorporated business owners who can't qualify despite strong income, high-debt individuals navigating CRA and judgment situations, and seniors exploring reverse mortgage and equity strategies for retirement.

Our Communities — Where We Live & Work

Home in Maple Ridge.
Shaped by a longer road.

Ramin has called Maple Ridge home with his family for over five years, with earlier chapters in the Tri-Cities, Langley, Grande Prairie, Saskatoon — and originally, Iran. Fully fluent in English and Farsi (Persian), he brings that mix to every file, so complex, cross-border and newcomer situations feel familiar here, not foreign.
