Ramin helped me with the purchase of my first condo and I have nothing but excellent things to say about him as a person as well as a mortgage broker. At first I wasn't even sure if I was ready to purchase and was just trying to see what I could afford, and he was excellent. He had a no pressure approach to the whole situation and walked me through what I could afford and didn't push for a pre approval and was happy just to help until I was ready bite the bullet and buy a place. Once I found a place the whole process was extremely smooth and I barely had to do anything besides send the required documents. Ramin also takes the time to call, text, or meet with you if you have any questions about anything going forward with the application, he has your best interest in mind and did not mind explaining things in detail if I had any questions. Ramin will also reach out to your realtor and lawyer if you prefer having it that way and communicate with them about details needed about the property so you're not acting as a middle man which was awesome.
